All items are sent from my clean, smoke free and pet free home.

Shipping

Packages are sent registered post via Australia Post at actual rates. Items will be posted within 2 days of receiving cleared payment. Registered Post is my preferred method of posting, if you choose to have your package sent via regular mail, I can not be held be responsible for lost packages.

Custom Orders & Lay-by

Lay-by orders are taken from time to time, for instock and custom items, by prior arrangement only. Lay-by orders require a minimum, non-refundable deposit of 25% of the total purchase price, and the balance paid before delivery of the order. Lay-by orders are limited to 3 months duration.

Work will not begin on custom orders until payment has been received, or a Lay-by agreed to. Should a custom order be cancelled by the customer and materials have been purchased for the order or work already started, the 25% deposit will not be refunded. If the items have been paid for in full, the customer will be refunded the amount paid less 25%.

Returns/Exchanges

If for some reason you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return the item within 14 days of purchase, unwashed and unused, for an exchange or store credit. I must be notified in advance that the item is being returned and items returned that are not in their original condition will not be exchanged.

All “seconds” items are sold as-is, and will be clearly described in the listing. There are no exchanges or warranty on seconds.

NO exchanges or refunds will be accepted on completed Custom Orders as these items are made-to-order to the customers specifications and will not be resalable.

Warranty

All my items have a 60 day guarantee on workmanship, including elastic. Snaps are guaranteed for the life of the nappy, for the original purchaser only. Improper fit, repelling and staining are not manufacturing defects therefore will not be covered under this warranty.
